Helena Barop

My name is Helena Barop, I am 25 years old. Since 2006 I have been studying history at the Albert-Ludwigs University Freiburg. After studying for six semesters and participating in an exchange programm with the Università degli Studi di Roma Tre in Italy, I achieved my Bachelor's degree in "Modern History" in 2010. Currently I study the Master's programm "Comparative Modern History". In adition to English and Italian I have been studying French, Japanese and Russian. In the summer of 2012 I will travel to Sachalin, participating in the reserch project on the sowjetisation of Sachalin after 1945.
